Cricket Format Guide
Understanding the different formats is essential for successful cricket betting. Betting markets vary across each format.
🏏 T20
Each team bats for a maximum of 20 overs. Matches typically finish in 3–4 hours. Betting markets: match winner, top batter, leading wicket-taker, powerplay score. Live markets are available for all T20 leagues — BPL, IPL, BBL, PSL.
🎯 One-Day (ODI)
Each team plays 50 overs, with matches generally lasting 7–8 hours. Popular in ICC World Cup and bilateral series. Betting markets: innings score, over-by-over runs, fall of wickets.
📋 Test
A 5-day format where each team plays two innings. A draw is possible. Betting markets include match result, series winner, and end-of-day score.
⚡ The Hundred
Each team faces 100 balls, with each bowler bowling in sets of 10 or 5 balls. This format, popular in England, is as fast-paced as T20 but requires a different strategy.

RTP and House Edge Explained
RTP, or "Return to Player", is a percentage that indicates how much of the total money wagered on a game is returned to players on average over the long term. For example, if a game has an RTP of 96%, then theoretically players get back an average of ৳96 for every ৳100 wagered — however, this is an average across millions of spins, not a guarantee for any individual session.
Typical RTP ranges seen across different game types:
- Slot games: Generally between 92% and 98%.
- Blackjack: Can reach close to 99% with the right strategy.
- Roulette: Around 97.3% for European Roulette, slightly lower for American Roulette.
House edge is the opposite of RTP — it is how much the casino retains on average per bet. A higher RTP means a lower house edge, which is more favourable for the player.
Understanding RTP means making informed decisions — but keep in mind that every spin or hand is independent and previous results do not affect the next one.
How to Read Odds
Understanding odds is essential for making the right decisions in online betting. Odds are expressed in three main formats.
Decimal Odds
The simplest and most common format on r1999. Your bet × odds = total return.
Example: ৳500 bet × 1.80 odds = ৳900 total return (৳400 profit).
Odds of 1.80 imply a 55.6% probability (1 ÷ 1.80 × 100).
Fractional Odds
Common in British betting. 4/5 means ৳4 profit for every ৳5 wagered. Your original stake is returned.
1.80 decimal = 4/5 fractional.
American Odds
Expressed as positive (+) or negative (-) numbers. +100 means ৳100 profit on a ৳100 bet; -125 means you need to bet ৳125 to make ৳100 profit.
Cashback & Loyalty Program
The more you play, the higher you climb and the more weekly cashback you earn. Cashback is credited to your wallet every Monday.
